The Impact ministry is designed for adults approaching 50 and older but not yet retired. Since the majority of the people in this group still work full time, activities are scheduled predominately on Friday evenings, Saturdays or Saturday evenings. At the same time, members tend to be empty-nesters looking for a renewed social schedule, thus a highlight of this ministry is a social activity scheduled four to six times per year. Recent events have included: a progressive dinner, a Christmas concert, a day at a cabin on the lake, and a dinner cruise.

Below is a summary of up-coming events and social activities. But Impact goes above and beyond these events. It is our desire to minister to each other through praying together, fellowship, worship, serving, and learning about Jesus Christ. Get involved, get connect. We look forward to meeting you.

What does Impact do? As one of Nowthen Alliance Church's New Life Communities Impact is designed to serve the social, spiritual, and ministry needs of empty-nesters. A core component of IMPACT occurs during the Sunday School hour during which we will be study God's Word. A second IMPACT thrust is regular social events that occur roughly six times per year. IMPACT is also is a vehicle to minister to our communities via service projects (such as Feed my Starving Children), church ministries, and short-term missions opportunities. IMPACT is the perfect way for adults to socialize, serve, and grow spiritually!
